Location profile*

Caboolture was once a semi-rural suburb with larger lots, as time goes on and demand increases, we have seen change, with significant transformation with new estates springing up calling Caboolture home.

West Caboolture is a prime example which still encompasses a part rural feel which is evolving and shaping the suburbs. New suburbs like Waraba are being developed to try and keep up with supply and demand.

A new major expansion area ‘Caboolture West’ will create much needed land for new housing and eventually will accommodate up to 70,000 people.

Central Springs Estate is a great new estate that is still being developed with land releases at Stage 28 due to register in October this year. The estate offers easy access to M1 motorway which is approx. 10-12 mins drive away depending on
time of the day.

An affordable location which drives the demand for the area, bringing in many new residents ranging from first homebuyers to families.

Central Springs Estate is predominantly an owner occupier estate with small percentage of investors peppered throughout the estate (around 15%).

The area is very attractive for families with good access to education and employment opportunities.

Moreton Bay location profile
  • Good proximity to shopping and employment precincts, public transport, and local education options – both public and private schooling.
  • Caboolture offers walking tracks with beautiful parklands close by including Bunya Adventure Park.
  • Great access to arterial roads; D’Aguilar Hwy to head West or Bruce Hwy heading North or South
  • Easy access to Bribie Island via Bribie Island Rd
